I used to work for you in the 80’s. Really enjoyed the video for us of a certain age. Great advice! We can use all the help we get, right?
Cheryl! So good to hear from you and thanks for the feedback!! Hope all is well and hope you are still following the anti-aging diet you were on in the 80s!
Good tape David! Aging is more a factor of lifestyle – all this advice you give, than of the passing of years. So if people bemoan age, they really should start to look at the true cause. Thanx Warren
Thanks for the feedback, Warren. You must be a great guy because Warren is my middle name – LOL!

Great video. I loved all of the food suggestions you offered. BTW has anyone told you that you look like Tom Hanks ๐
On a serious note, I am wondering what your opinion is on taking multivitamins to supplement one’s diet?
I found an excellent online guide to vitamin supplements at http://www.multivitaminguide.org and was wondering if I should start taking multivitamins on a regular basis.

Hi Jenna:
Thanks – glad you enjoyed it!! Yes, I have heard that – he’s a great actor – maybe if he needs a stunt double, I could throw my hat into the ring. LOL!
I think taking a multi is a good idea. Even dietitians like me don’t eat perfectly everyday so I like the idea of supplementing (not replacing) a healthy diet. When choosing a multi-vitamin, look for USP on the label and choose a company that has been around for quite some time. It’s a little bit of the wild, wild west out there when it comes to supplement quality.
The secret of anti aging food is simple – natural ingredients. These are only in vegetables and fruits. Forget about supplements!

Absolutely agree! I couldn’t have said it better. In fact, that IS what I said! Nice copy and paste job!
